At Serenity Home Health Care our home care services are provided through carefully screened, honest and dedicated caregivers that have training in their respective fields. All Serenity Home health Cnursesare personnel must have verifiable work experience either verbally or written prior to placement.
Serenity Home Health Care verifies all licenses and certifications through the appropriate authorities before placing anyone on patient care assignment.

Interviewing
At serenity Home health Care, we believe a great attitude is as important as experience and skills. Therefore, we place great emphasis on attitude assessment in our selection process. To demonstrate the attitude of a candidate, we use the behavioral interview method which focuses on the candidate’s behavior in different scenarios in the past as a predictor of future work performance. The interviewprocess is not an exact science, therefore perfection is never guaranteed.However, we believe behavioral interviews significantly decrease the risk of poor hiring decisions. Are requirements are as follows:

  • A positive desire for continuous learning.
  • At least one year of work experience.
  • Florida Department of Law Enforcement background Check.
  • General Presentation (Grooming, Punctuality, Preparedness for Work).
  • Dependability to make and keep work commitments without excuses or exceptions.
  • Strong work ethics and a track record of successful patient care.
